I recently had part 1 of a root planing procedure. It’s not something I was looking forward to and in fact nervous about. I don’t like getting the shot for numbing and I’m always waiting for something to hurt. I had Sam for the procedure and she is wonderful! Now there is a no injection numbing agent that works quite well. The main success was Sam. She is very kind and attentive. She keeps you updated on what to expect next which takes down the worry level. She is attentive to when you need to stop for a moment which I appreciated. I have part 2 this week. Thanks to Sam I know I’ll do just fine.

Tanya the dental hygienist did a very thorough job cleaning my teeth. I almost gave up on coming back to this office because of the last cleaning I from the other hygienist. Funny thing was that she didn't recognize me with my mask on until she saw my big toothy smile. LOL
